Help with medications, tests and referrals.

03

Appointments, ongoing care & work-related injuries

Get help when something comes up.

Reach the team through the Patient Hub or Atlas.md Patient App. We aim to offer a visit within 24 hours for non-emergency concerns, subject to availability and clinical needs. Choose in-person care or telehealth when appropriate.

For emergencies, call 911; do not wait for a message or appointment.

Make complicated care more manageable.

Bring questions about ongoing illnesses, medication changes, specialist recommendations, or confusing test results. We help employees understand their options, coordinate next steps, and build a practical plan for continuing care.

Support recovery and a safe return to work.

We can assess appropriate minor work-related injuries, discuss treatment and mobility, and help with safe return-to-work planning. Work-related care is coordinated with the employer’s workers’ compensation process and any required authorization.

Focus on health before the next sick day.

Ongoing primary care includes support for chronic illness, preventive care, sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement. Our goal is better day-to-day health and function, with fewer avoidable care delays and disruptions to work. Recovery, time away from work, and cost savings vary; outcomes are not guaranteed.

Medicines, testing & additional costs

FOR EMPLOYERS & INDIVIDUALS

Practical options for medicines and testing.

Access low-cost routine medications, help finding affordable alternatives to expensive prescriptions, and a broad range of low-cost blood work and testing. We review what is appropriate and explain additional charges before proceeding.

Medication and test costs are separate unless specifically included in your agreement. Availability and pricing vary.

Individual needs. Clear next steps.

We can discuss compounded medicines when appropriate, send prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice, and place orders with imaging centers. In-stock antibiotics, creams and drops may save a pharmacy trip when available.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not automatically included in membership.

DPC vs. traditional care

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership for everyday primary care.

DPC membership

A fixed company membership fee for the primary-care services in your agreement. No separate visit fee for included care.

Traditional insurance-based care

Visits are billed through insurance; patient costs depend on the service and policy.

DPC is not health insurance. Use membership alongside existing coverage. Hospitalization, emergency care, specialists, and services outside the agreement are separate.

DPC, insurance & employee privacy

Two roles. One care plan. Membership for everyday primary care; insurance for broader coverage.
