About The Yoga Pad

The Yoga Pad is a space of peace and tranquility. It offers daily classes led by experienced instructors that incorporate the practices of Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness with different practices like breathwork, intentional healing, and energy work. The space is equipped to provide various levels and abilities to improve movement for all bodies.

What to Expect

Our Space

We strive to create a peaceful and safe space for all members. We know that entering a new studio can feel intimidating, but at The Yoga Pad, we invite you to be vulnerable and get the most out of your time. Our instructors are passionate and want to help you be successful and want to continue to come back for more!

Equipment

We provide Yoga mats, blocks, straps, weights and cushions for all our members. However, you are welcome to bring your own. You may do Yoga barefoot or with socks on. There are cubbies available to store your personal items during class.

Yoga Etiquette

Yoga is a sacred practice, and our space, instructors and members should all be respected. Below are some tips to ensure you are on the right path to making this experience the best for everyone!

  1. Register Ahead of Time: You can register for classes ahead of time and can cancel up to an hour before class.
  2. Arrive Early: allow yourself enough time to get checked in, put your personal items away and get your equipment ready for class.
  3. Shoes Off: Make sure to leave your shoes in the lobby.
  4. Sacred Silence: Be sure to not laugh or chit-chat when nervous or uncomfortable.
  5. Introduce Yourself: Let the instructor know that it is your first class and introduce yourself!
