Yoga Therapy is a deeply compassionate and holistic approach to healing and well-being. It's a journey of self-discovery and transformation that honors your unique experiences and needs. Imagine having a caring guide who understands not just your physical body, but also your emotional and spiritual self. 


Yoga Therapist, like Summer, complete years of extensive training to provide this type of therapy.  Summer has been a practicing Yogi since 2007 and has completed advanced Yoga training through the IAYT Accredited school, The Soul of Yoga, specializing in Yoga therapy and holds the designation of RYT-500.

As a Registered Nurse, Summer is passionate about helping clients create a sustainable Yoga practice through safe body mechanics and functional movement. She is well versed in helping various health populations with special considerations through a trauma informed lens. 

iRest Yoga Nidra

 iRest was developed by Dr. Richard Miller, a spiritual teacher, author, yogic scholar, researcher and clinical psychologist, who combined traditional yogic practice with Western psychology and neuroscience. It is practiced and taught by thousands of people worldwide in a wide range of settings, including health centers, schools, community centers, yoga studios, correctional facilities and within military and veteran communities. 


Summer is an iRest Level 2 Yoga Nidra provider and interweaves this practice into her Yoga therapy sessions.
