Carrie believes that authentic self-expression comes from embracing the exploration of our senses. Each person's journey is unique and personal. The key to accessing this path lies in breaking free from societal expectations and embracing the possibilities that our hearts whisper to us.
While society's language is external, learned, limited, and loud, the language of our true selves can only be heard in moments of inner stillness.
Carrie's approach to guiding others aligns perfectly with this philosophy. She combines yogic philosophy, earthing, asana, pranayama, divine feminine energy, divine guidance, Kundalini, and love to help others perceive their unique path, gifts, and unlimited potential.

Kelli began studying how anatomy and movement affect daily life skills when receiving a degree in occupational therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has spent much of her OT career working in early intervention with children from birth to 3 years old and their families. After raising her own three children, she began a regular vinyasa yoga practice, which led her to want to go deeper into understanding the meaning of yoga beyond the physical practice.
She completed her RYT 200 to become a certified yoga teacher. During training, she was first introduced to Ashtanga Yoga. This is when Ashtanga found Kelli, and it became her regular practice. She went on to complete her RYT 300 at Maya Yoga, emphasizing Ashtanga. Kelli now holds a RYT 500. She continues to have a regular Mysore practice and enjoys breathwork and meditation. She has received training in Vipassana meditation via their 10-day course. Kelli has much gratitude and respect for the lineage of Ashtanga and all those who have passed down this beautiful practice. She wants her students to respect their bodies while also moving beyond the limits of their minds. She aims to instill breathing techniques that can assist in providing calmness and focus both on and off the mat.

My passion for yoga started over a decade ago. I looked up to my yoga teachers and everything they brought to my life and decided to complete my advanced teacher training in 2021. While working in healthcare for over 14 years as a registered nurse, I know the importance of taking care of one’s own body and mind so I could take care of others.
Teaching yoga is beyond rewarding as it allows me to share the numerous benefits with others, fostering their physical and mental well-being. Witnessing my students experience increased flexibility, reduced stress, and improved overall health is so fulfilling!!
