Direct Primary Care (DPC) - A Personalized Approach to Your Health & Wellness

DPC is a membership model with a monthly flat rate and enhanced family medical care.

We don't bill your insurance or charge for individual visits! We offer affordable care and a relationship over time.

Easy access to Dr. Lillig via email, text, or phone call with quick and personalized responses!

Visits: in-person at BSIH, telehealth, or remotely --- whichever is most convenient!

Avoid lengthy, in-office waiting and being treated like a number!

Keep your traditional insurance for high-priced emergencies (hospital/surgery), specialists, and pharmacies.

No additional charges for visits, co-pays, point-of-care testing, or contacting doctor
Routine bloodwork through major carriers like Quest and Vibrant Health
No "surprise fees" or complicated billing and insurance paperwork
Use HSA funds for membership fees, no problem!
Examples of care: physicals, diabetes, hypertension, weight loss therapy, back and joint pain, mens health, sick visits (sinus, ear, rash), anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, geriatrics, nutritional counseling, hormonal replacement therapy, palliative care, dermatology, and holistic health approaches to common conditions.
Routine bloodwork includes: CBC (blood counts), CMP (liver, kidney and electrolytes), A1c (diabetes check), FLP (cholesterol), Thyroid Panel, Urinalysis. May also add Women or Mens Hormone Panel (estradiol, testosterone, progesterone, etc) PSA (prostate),

Tele-health and in-person visits are available now!

Enroll online and complete the entire form - we will then confirm your enrollment and send direct scheduling and clinic contact information to confirmed patients.

If we cannot process your enrollment within two weeks, we will send notification of enrollment dates and/or refund any paid fees. We reserve private access and contact information for the clinic/doctor/nurse to actively enrolled patients only.

Direct Primary Care - $111/mo

Bonner Springs Integrative Health Plan ($333 charge) includes the following concierge services:

Expansive Laboratory workups included twice per year! ($409ea)
Free monthly unlimited Yoga pass ($44/mo or $132)
Cancel anytime! Membership runs 90 days, then auto-renews quarterly

1. Medical Weight Loss Therapy – $333

Full laboratory workup: CBC, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, diabetes panel, cholesterol, thyroid, cortisol, and insulin testing (performed by Quest Diagnostics)
Prescription of appropriate medical weight loss medications, which may include: tirzepatide, Mounjaro, Ozempic, semaglutide, Contrave, or phentermine.
Prescription monitoring and nutritional advice for 90 days

Ketamine Assisted Therapy – $698

This fee covers a psychiatric evaluation to determine candidacy for KAP, which is refunded if clinical criteria for therapy is not met.
KAP therapy requires continued care and communication through BSIH. Please 'enroll' and download the app and keep clinical and personal information confidential

Each treatment session includes:

A 30-minute preparatory consultation and examination
A 180-minute supervised dosing session
A 15-minute integration visit at 48–72 hours and again at 1 week
Future sessions follow the same structure and are $555 per session

Adolescent Health Consult – $60

This consultation is designed to support the health and development of adolescent patients and is a resource to underinsured or at-risk teens and young adults age 14-22. Please contact care@bonnersprings.health with any affordability concerns

Compound Pharmacy Consult – $100/6mo

Do you already have a specialty prescription for a unique condition - or need a collaborating physician to review and prescribe medications?

We work with the consulting specialist or pharmacist to provide the individualized care and personalized medicine you deserve!
We work with the Medicine Store in Basehor, KS or your preferred local or mail order pharmacies to provide: bio-identical hormone creams, injectable medications, and other special order compounded medications.
$100 every six months for maintenance medications, including a 15-minute telehealth or in-person check at Bonner Springs Integrative Health

Medication Reduction Visit $333

90-minute consultations with a Board-Certified Medical Doctor (MD) to reduce unnecessary medications and minimize harmful drug interactions

Ideal for patients with multiple specialists or chronic conditions, >5 prescription medications, >2 mental health meds, or controlled substance addiction/dependence
Comprehensive medication and supplement review (prescriptions, OTC, vitamins)
Coordination with medical specialists and pharmacist to reduce medications
Step-by-step tapering instructions, personalized plan, and medication lists
Family members are encouraged to attend!
