Amy Farrow, LMLP

HI, I’M AMY. 

I’m a recovering perfectionist and even though I don’t have it all figured out, I actually feel like I’m living a life instead of going through the motions. The reclaiming of my true self is one of the greatest gifts I have received which is why I feel so called to help others do the same. 

I work with women who have had to make themselves smaller to keep the peace. They believe that not making mistakes will keep them safe. Many of them want to be more authentic but have no idea where to start. They don’t know who they are and often they don’t know what they want. I can relate. 

My healing path has led me to rediscover parts of myself that I forgot existed and taken me on a spiritual journey that I didn’t even know I needed. I believe the Universe has our backs and opening myself up to this has brought me deep comfort. I know our experiences will be different but if find yourself nodding along to any of this, you’re my people.

Don’t get me wrong, I still love structure and a good plan but now it’s something I do for me, not to check the box of being a “good girl”. You weren’t born to be a “good girl”. You were born to feel, explore, be wild and set your old world on fire. It’s time to let it burn.

Logistics:

STEP 1: 15 MINUTE CONSULATION

  • Submit your email at the bottom of the page. I will get back to you via email within 2 business days to schedule our 15 minute consultation. 
  • During our 15 minute consultation, you will be able to ask any questions you may have about me, my practice and/ or therapy in general. I will also ask you questions about what you would like to work on together and explain more about how I work.
  • If we decide we are a good fit, we’ll head to step 2!

STEP 2: SET UP INITIAL APPOINTMENT

  • If we decide it makes sense to move forward, we will choose a time for our initial appointment. All sessions are 50 minutes and are conducted virtually.
  • I will also send you a link to my client portal where you will be able to access all necessary paperwork. I ask that you have these documents signed and completed 24 hours before our initial session so I may review them.
  • You will have the link to our online session way ahead of time. Make sure your internet connection is solid, and you have a comfy private spot. Telehealth can happen anywhere so you choose what feels cozy and I will see you there!
